Making an order
The most convenient way to order your personalised embroidered gift is through our secure online store. Placement of an order with us constitutes your agreement with our terms and conditions as displayed on this web site. Embroidered with Love will confirm your order by email. Orders will not be dispatched until payment in full has been received.
Dispatch
Once you have placed your order and the order has been paid for, we aim to complete and dispatch your order within 5 working days. This service proposition is matched or exceeded in the majority of occasions throughout the year.
Cancellation of orders
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately via email at enquiries@embroideredwithlove.com.au. Once payment for an order has been accepted, cancellation is at our discretion.
Damaged Goods Refund Policy

Embroidered with Love proudly offers a 100% Guarantee on the quality of our products. All of Products leave our hands in excellent condition. In the unfortunate event that your Product may be damaged through the delivery process, please notify us via email – enquiries@embroideredwithlove.com.au within 7 days receipt and return the item immediately.
On the rare occasion you receive an incorrectly spelt embroidered product from us – where the error is an error on our behalf- we will provide a replacement and post it to you FREE of charge. You will be asked to return the items as this will enable us to conduct further quality inspections.
Quality and customer satisfaction are important to Embroideredwithlove. Understandably, as this is a personalised product, we are unable to offer a refund from a typing error you may have made over the internet, or if you change your mind.
Limitation of liability
Any liability of Embroidered with Love in connection with product supplied to you, to the maximum extent permitted by law, will be limited to: The replacement of the goods and payment of postage for replacing those goods.

Embroidered with Love will not be liable to you or any other person for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for product liability, personal injury or negligence resulting from use of our goods or services to you, or on behalf of you.
